Refund policy

Our policy does not include refunds, or returns. We only offer exchanges in exceptional cases.

Exceptions

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We offer product exchange if you receive an incorrect item.
  • Prior to any action, we must examine the incorrect item through sharing some images showing the items you received and the incorrect item,
  • To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be kept in its initial packaging.
  • Any incorrect item must be declared no more than 3 days after delivery. 
  • If all conditions are met, your item can be exchanged and you will receive a replacement with the item you initially purchased once we receive the incorrect item.
  • You are required to send back the incorrect item to complete the exchange.
